Welcome to  Humic Stars  . These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website and services provided by PSA TRADERS, including the purchase of our products like Humic Stars.

We manufacture and sell organic manure products under the brand Humic Stars. All product details, benefits, and usage instructions are provided for informational purposes. It is your responsibility to use the product as per the guidelines. 

 

3. Orders and Payments 

  • All orders placed on the website are subject to confirmation and availability. 

  • Prices are listed in [INR.] and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Exclusive of Shipping charges  

  • We accept payments through  Gpay , Bank , other UPI . 

  • Once the order is confirmed, we will notify you in your phone with transport bill copy  

 

4. Shipping and Delivery 

  • Products are shipped within [2- 4  ] business days after payment confirmation. 

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services. 

  • Shipping charges is To pay Or payed system usally in logistics like MSS , VRL Transports .

5. Returns and Refunds 

  • Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. 

  • Damaged goods must be reported within [48 hours] of delivery with photo proof. 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [2 ] working days. 

 

6. Product Usage Disclaimer 

  • Our organic manure is designed for agricultural use. Improper use may result in reduced effectiveness or harm to crops. 

  • PSA TRADERS, HUMIC STARS is not liable for misuse or incorrect application of products. 

 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product names (e.g., Humic Stars), are the intellectual property of PSA TRADERS and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

PSA TRADERS  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
